As part of many ecological issues that prevail today, industrial products
that cannnot be incinerated present problems of pollution and high cost for disposal.
Under the circumstances,we have focused our research, aside from plastic products,
on metal products which require relatively lower recycling cost.
　Shotblasting (surface treatment method) is indispensable to not only fix minor damages
on metal products caused during the manufacturing process, but to give
the products better manifestation of designs, more sustainable
and beautiful look, or smoother touch. Generally, however, refinishing
by heat andpress often becomes necessary.
But, with our company, manyyears of experience and know-how have now made
it possible to do it with almost no “warp” or “deformation”
(depending on the shape of the product).
